The American Rare Coin Collectors Association was founded with a simple mission: to provide a safe, trustworthy, and convenient way for Americans to sell their coins, jewelry, and collectibles at fair prices — without the hassle and risk of online marketplaces or pawn shops.

After purchasing, items are sent to our West Columbia, Texas processing facility and then resold through established online marketplaces including Whatnot, TikTok Shop, and eBay — connecting your collectibles with collectors and enthusiasts around the world.

We'll email you a prepaid, fully insured FedEx shipping label — or guide you through USPS Registered Mail. We evaluate your items, make you an offer. If you accept, you get a corporate check immediately. If you decline, we return everything fully insured at our expense. Just call us to arrange shipping.
Is it safe to ship valuable coins and jewelry?+
Yes. We use FedEx with full insurance and signature required for every package, or USPS Registered Mail — the most secure shipping method available. Every shipment is insured for the full value, tracked every step, and requires a signature on delivery. We've handled many high-value shipments safely. If you decline our offer, your items are returned the same way, fully insured, at our cost.
What if I don't know how to pack valuable items for shipping?+
No problem — we'll walk you through it over the phone. Coins in holders can be wrapped in bubble wrap. Loose coins go in a sturdy tube or holder first. Jewelry should be in a small box or padded envelope inside the shipping box. We'll tell you exactly how to pack everything securely. The key is using a sturdy box and making sure items don't shift during transit.

At our buying events, we capture video and audio of the incredible stories people share about their items — a coin collection started in the 1950s, a gold ring passed down through three generations, military medals from a grandfather's service. These stories deserve to be heard.
