No! All our buying events are walk-in. Come any time during event hours and we'll evaluate your items.
Is there a fee to attend?+
No — our events are completely free to attend. There's no charge for evaluations and no obligation to sell.
How long does an evaluation take?+
It depends on how many items you bring. A few coins or pieces of jewelry may take just a few minutes. Large collections may take longer — we'll give you an estimate when you arrive.
How do I get paid?+
You get paid on the spot with a corporate check, immediately, if you accept our offer. No waiting, no paperwork delays.
Can you handle very large collections?+
Absolutely — no collection is too large. We regularly handle multi-million dollar coin collections, bullion holdings, and estates. We have the capital and resources to make you a fair offer on the spot. For very large collections, call us ahead and we'll make arrangements to give you the time and attention you need.
Do you offer house calls?+
Yes! We offer free house call appointments if you can't come to us — whether you have a large collection too heavy to transport, health concerns, or simply prefer the convenience. Our professional, bonded, and insured experts will come to your home for a free, no-obligation evaluation. Just call us to schedule.
Are your experts trustworthy for house calls?+
Absolutely. Our experts are professional, bonded, and fully insured. They carry identification and treat you and your home with the utmost respect. Family members are welcome to be present during any house call, and there is never any pressure to sell.
Can I arrange a house call for my elderly parent?+
Yes — many adult children arrange house calls on behalf of their parents. Just call us and we'll coordinate a convenient time. We're patient, respectful, and happy to take all the time needed to evaluate your parent's collection.
What if I'm not sure my items are valuable?+
Bring them anyway! We evaluate all types of items for free. If something isn't in our area of expertise, we'll point you toward someone who can help.
Can I bring items on behalf of a family member?+
Yes, many people bring items for parents or relatives who can't attend. We're happy to evaluate them.
Where exactly are the events held?+
All events are held in hotel conference centers. Look for signage when you enter the hotel lobby directing you to our event room.
Can I ship my items to you instead?+
Yes! If you can't make it to an event, you can ship us your coins, collections, bullion, luxury watches, and fine jewelry. We'll email you a prepaid, fully insured FedEx shipping label — or guide you through USPS Registered Mail. We evaluate your items, make you an offer. Accept? You get a corporate check immediately. Decline? We return everything fully insured at our expense. Just call us to arrange it.
Is shipping my valuables safe?+
Yes — we use FedEx with full insurance and signature required, or USPS Registered Mail (the most secure shipping method available). Every shipment is insured for the full value of your items, tracked every step of the way, and requires a signature upon delivery. If you decline our offer, we return your items the same way — fully insured at our expense.
